As Customer Support Specialist, you will demo, onboard, consult, and support our international customers to grow their business through site performance.

By using our Clients platform, customers get everything they need for a fast website in one service. They can control their performance settings through our easy to use dashboard.

As a member of our team, youll have the chance to:

  • Work closely with our support and operations teams globally

Main tasks:

  • Effectively respond to selected customer inquiries, quickly and efficiently
  • Consult and onboard customers and help them become experts on how to use the platform effectively
  • Channel critical customer feedback and requests to other company departments
  • Contribute to our growing customer knowledge articles and best practices
  • Coordinating with both Tech and Business units in order to make sure customers are happy with the service
  • Communicating with customers through ticketing system and email
  • Provide support to incoming queries

Main experience and skills:

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in a SaaS or similar business environment
  • Ownership, positive attitude, energy, openness to feedback, comfortable with a fast-changing environment
  • Bonus: Experience with Site optimization / SEO / Web development
  • Bonus: Worked in a web hosting company
  • Reading HTML/JS/CSS
  • Good understanding of networking basics - TCP/IP, DNS etc.
  • CDN knowledge. Good understanding of how content delivery networks work.
  • Understanding of HTTP/s, FTP protocols

REQUIREMENTS:

  • CPU / Processor Dual core processor 1Ghz or above, Intel Core i5 / i7 or AMD equivalent is highly required
  • Windows 10 or MAC is acceptable
  • RAM At least 8GB RAM with 60GB free hard disk space available.
  • 50 Mbps and up wired DSL Internet connection
  • Headset with noise-canceling feature & webcam

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
