Join our team as a Tech Support Specialist with German!

We are seeking an enthusiastic Tech Support Specialist fluent in both English and German to provide exceptional technical support to our users. As a member of our dynamic support team, you will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless experience for our client base, addressing their technical queries and issues with proficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
  • Research and deliver accurate, timely responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Utilize both internal and external documentation and resources to deliver top-tier support.
  • Escalate high-priority or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams as needed.
  • Direct calls to the correct resources when required, and document customer interactions following standard operating procedures.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and report emerging trends or patterns in customer issues.
  • Aim for high levels of customer satisfaction by adhering to the client’s quality guidelines during all interactions.
  • Follow established protocols, KPIs, and company policies to ensure a consistent, standardized customer service experience.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment by working closely with team members, supervisors, and other departments to resolve issues and share knowledge.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Native or fluent in German, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Residing in Croatia with legal authorization to work without company sponsorship.
  • Proficient in customer support software, including Zendesk, Slack, and internal troubleshooting tools.
  • Experience in customer support or technical support, particularly within a help desk or IT function.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work independently as well as within a remote team.
  • Adaptable and flexible to process and information changes.
  • Advanced knowledge of external systems and PC-based internet/software applications (e.g., internet, Microsoft Office).
  • Flexible availability for shifts from 9 am to 11 pm, Monday to Sunday, on a rotational basis.
