Team

Our Gaming team is made up of hybrid-casual, casual and mid-core experts. Our 'Core' games team supports internal and external studios worldwide in creating, developing and launching new hit games, whilst our 'Live' games team focuses on delivering higher engagement on our existing and successful games.

You’ll be part of an internal Core studio of Voodoo, an international team based in Europe. We produce hybrid-casual games, create and test multiple prototypes each month.

Role

We are looking for a senior environment game artist who has been a primary contributor to the art concept, design, and asset creation for several casual games. You will work closely with our Unity game developers.

Responsabilities
  • Work closely with small teams of Unity game developers.
  • Provide and analyze art references for games and features, create mock-ups.
  • Create and adapt game assets such as characters, environments, and user interface elements, in both 2D and 3D.
  • Enhance games with impactful vfx and animations.
  • Integrate your work in Unity and collaborate with devs to solve technical challenges.

  • Profile
  • Good English to communicate smoothly with the team.
  • At least 2 years of prior experience working on mobile games.
  • Photoshop, Unity, and Blender (or other 3D software) have no secrets for you.
  • You have technical knowledge to optimize your assets and workflow.
  • You have strong artistic foundations and a keen eye for detail.
  • You are adaptable, and able to adjust your style to match different games.
  • You work collaboratively, give and receive feedback with care.
  • You consistently push boundaries, strive to enhance your art each day, and embrace new technologies such as generative AI.
  • You love the mobile games market and understand the importance of data to make decisions.
  • You are not afraid to hack things to rapidly test an idea.
