Job Overview

  • Manage large, complex Majesco Billing/Claims software engagements in the insurance domain.
  • Work closely with all parties involved in implementation or cloud migration programs to effectively identify, coordinate, and manage all tasks.
  • Review customer business processes and goals, identify improvements, and advise/participate in the discussion of business requirements.
  • Provide guidance to customers on how to best leverage Majesco applications and technology to meet customer-defined business goals and objectives.
  • Work with Majesco product management/development to share configuration concepts and further develop our core product features.
  • Preference given to candidates that have 15+ years of experience leading and managing enterprise software implementation teams (or team tracks) within a corporate IT or consulting environment.
  • Deep industry knowledge of the insurance industry with a primary focus on Billing/Claims.

Key Role And Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic thinking, solutions, and roadmaps while driving architectural recommendations for implementing Majesco Billing/Claims products.
  • Ensure architectural adherence through solution blueprint and design reviews.
  • Plan, facilitate, and conduct requirement gathering sessions, meetings, and presentations.
  • Lead review sessions for completed business/technical requirements with key business users focused on gaining consensus and final business approval.
  • Responsible for implementing Majesco Billing/Claims products utilizing enterprise application utilities and models.
  • Contribute to best practices and guidelines for supported technologies.
  • Perform product evaluations and Proof of Concepts.
  • Provide architectural strategy and subject matter expertise.
  • Must be comfortable with a remote/in-office hybrid culture.

All About You

  • Minimum 15 years of experience with at least 3-4 years of experience on technology implementations such as Guidewire, Duckcreek, Insurity, etc.; preferably leading overall solution design.
  • Experience working on enterprise Billing/Claims implementations leveraging agile and understanding of agile tools and concepts.
  • Consulting & Leadership Skills - Ability to adapt to various work settings and serve in an advisory/leadership role.
  • Experience with software implementation projects in requirement gathering, functional specifications, QA, user acceptance testing, or training.
  • Strong understanding of API and design structures.
  • Experience working on Spring, Hibernate, JMS, HTML 5, and Interface integration frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Majesco Billing/Claims products and ICD ICM platform.
  • Ability to design and provide scalable designs independently.
  • Understanding of software concepts (e.g., HTML, XML, Relational DB, reporting tools).
  • Understanding of a project life cycle methodology.
  • Experience in applying change management concepts on a software implementation project.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to determine the best solution for a complex problem.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Demonstrate Problem Solving & Decision-Making skills.
  • Possess a working knowledge of the business and/or technical environments in which the system operates, and a solid knowledge of the Insurance business function supported.
  • Familiar with architecture frameworks and software design patterns.
  • Knowledge of components on MS Power Platform, MS Admin, and MS Copilot Studio is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent required; TOGAF and/or Agile Product owner certification is a plus.
