Requirements

The Role:

A successful Dental Hygiene Scheduler Pays Fanatical Attention to the details and Goes Above and Beyond toward the dedication of our culture and team. Being Growth Oriented in a remote position means being dedicated, setting goals and accurately completing tasks daily.

The Role Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to dental patients from practices across the US and schedule their next dental hygiene appointment
  • Demonstrate empathy while answering patient questions and concerns
  • Offer the importance of scheduling and attending their appointment
  • Overcome objections the patients may have with scheduling
  • Represent dental offices in a friendly and professional manner
  • Learn and navigate multiple software systems
  • Manage difficult situations and establish solutions
  • Offer a positive mindset with team members, patients, and customers
  • Be dependable, on time, and dedicated to patients’ and other team members’ needs

Qualifications:

  • Sales experience required
  • Outbound call center experience is a plus
  • Dental office experience is a plus

  • Accuracy and organization
  • Typing skills of 55+ WPM
  • Ability to work well with others
  • High level of integrity
