As a process consultant senior or lead on the Compensation Process team, you'll evaluate and implement solutions for the transition of time and absence to Workday. In this role, you'll create process documentation and identify process improvement opportunities to support Time and Absence. Additionally, you'll work with peers, technical and operations employees to assist with solving business problems and handle process exceptions.

Must-have Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of eight years experience in business process (e.g. end-to-end process development, process design, etc.) and/or back-end business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, etc.)
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years experience in business process (e.g. end-to-end process development, process design, etc.) and/or back-end business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, etc.)

Preferred Skills

  • Workday Time Tracking and Absence configuration/administration/ implementation experience
  • Time and Absence compliance knowledge
  • Experience with process mapping
  • Experience analyzing data and making business decisions based on the analysis
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, and experience influencing, consulting, and collaborating with key stakeholders.

Compensation

  • $80,000-$125,000/year based on position level
  • Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
