Your challenge:  

As our Senior People Operations Manager, you'll play a crucial role in our People Operations team by crafting and maintaining a seamless employee experience across the entire lifecycle in multiple locations. Your responsibilities:
  • Manage the employee lifecycle in several locations, including Germany, Spain, Italy, and UK, ensuring local compliance and alignment with global strategy.

  • Ensure processes and policies comply with employment laws across multiple locations.

  • Partner with senior leadership and HRBPs to foster a high-performance culture.

  • Develop policies and processess in compliance with employment laws across various locations.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Legal and Finance to ensure smooth audit execution and effective communication with governmental institutions.

  • Support internal stakeholders in resolving their queries related to People Operations.

  • Analyse and optimise HR metrics and processes utilising AI for efficiency in line with team OKRs.

Your profile:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Experience with project management, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and a keen interest in emerging HR technologies.

  • Liaising with tech teams are curious to uncover the capabilities of AI and its use cases in People Operations and focused on reducing inefficiencies through automation to enable the organisation to concentrate on impactful business outcomes.

  • Experience in managing the employee lifecycle across multiple locations.

  • Skilled in communicating with stakeholders across various levels and departments.

  • Flawless communication skills in German and English (Spanish or Italian and a legal background are a plus), along with a good sense of humour.
