Research, analyze products/services of the business, analyze customers and competitors to build an SEO strategy
Cooperate with the Technical department to build a website that supports SEO standards (or Make recommendations for changes to improve SEO for the website)
Research and build a set of keywords for SEO
Cooperate with the Content department of the Marketing department or manage a team of freelancers to build SEO-standard content for the website
Audit URL & on-page content & SEO optimization
Implement backlinks plan, optimize backlinks, PR GP, etc.
Build and implement link building strategy
Implement a campaign based on budget
Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize SEO performance
Report SEO performance directly to Leader Marketing/SEO
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
Relevant certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot SEO, or Bing Ads (preferred).
Technical Skills:
Proven experience in SEO, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Proficiency in SEM, including PPC advertising, campaign management, and bidding strategies.
Expertise with SEO and SEM tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Google Ads, Google Analytics).
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for technical SEO.
Analytical Skills:
Strong data analysis abilities with experience in interpreting performance metrics and optimizing strategies.
Proficiency in creating detailed reports and dashboards to track campaign performance and ROI.
Marketing Skills:
Knowledge of content strategy and its impact on SEO and SEM.
Experience in competitor analysis and identifying opportunities for strategic improvements.
Soft Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for creating reports, presenting findings, and collaborating with teams.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues.
Effective project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
Experience:
Hands-on experience in managing SEO and SEM campaigns with a track record of successful outcomes.
Demonstrable results through case studies or a portfolio showcasing previous campaign achievements.
Industry Knowledge:
Up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in SEO and SEM.
