RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

What you will do:


  • Manage an integrated and multichannel operation within Salesforce Account Engagement
  • Optimize information received and transacted in Account Engagement to generate new sales leads
  • Understand Salesforce's integration capabilities with other media tools to optimize processes and ensure a more unified and seamless user experience
  • Initiate new experiments on the platform, always aiming to increase the sales team's productivity
  • Monitor the performance of Salesforce solutions
  • Develop strategies for acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention
  • Manage, clean, and maintain the database
  • Organize the data structure within the platform
  • Structure project management, meetings with internal clients, and material presentations
  • Develop deliverables and tasks based on agile methodology
  • Perform performance, conversion, and engagement analyses and propose improvements based on user feedback and metric evolution
  • Create dashboards and perform regular maintenance
  • Create and build complex relationship journeys
  • Develop automation, SQLs, and data extraction processes
  • Experience in client relationship management
  • Understand the needs and challenges of the sales team and translate them into technical requirements for Salesforce
  • Use Salesforce information and analysis to provide insights to the Sales




REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

What will bring you to the role:
  • Fluent English
  • Experience with CRM and designing customer journeys
  • Strong experience with CRM platforms, mainly Salesforce
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.)
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or similar roles
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactivity and ability to solve problems creatively and efficiently


What is a plus for the position but not mandatory?

  • Practical knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid media, email marketing, and other digital marketing tactics is a plus
  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant platforms is a plus
