Online Technology Officer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinating of website and app development projects from beginning to end
  
• Manage customer relationships both internal and external
  
• Gather information from clients and guide the development of client products for websites, apps and any technology-related needs for the client.
  
• Liaise with full-stack developers and web developers to troubleshoot tech issues and develop solutions 
  
• Maintain the department documents and records 
  
• Keep current on technological advancements and strategies implemented to improve product value.
  
• Create and monitor maintenance schedules for websites and apps
  
• Coordinate with designers to design effective web visual design goals
  
• Support the Online Technology department with achieving client product satisfaction
  
• Any other tasks assigned within the scope of the job function
  

Requirements

1. A Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology or Information Systems Management.
   
2. Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a similar company.
   
3. Exposure to search engine optimizations
   
4. Possess problem-solving skills
   
5. An understanding of web app security and management and development practices 
   
6. Project Management certification is not required but would be beneficial.
