The Opportunity
 

Digital Experience Platform (DXP) within RSS/GCX is dedicated to delivering enhanced experience-centric support services across Roche. Our team collaborates with internal and external partners to define, create, and provide support solutions for customer-facing organizations. As a Data & Analytics Expert, you will provide transparency into data in ServiceNow, Snowflake, Saleasforce, and offline sources through Data Analytics solutions, and build proof-of-concepts for Analytics Advisory services.

  • Develop a new Reporting framework via Dashboards to deliver accurate, reliable, and timely information for GCX business support

  • Design, develop, and maintain reports to assist the GCX business with decision-making, while acting as an Analytics Advisor interpreting details

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for Dashboards and User Guides, including Data Governance of business-specific catalogs, dictionaries, and libraries

  • Introduce scalable Data Quality procedures to enhance data accuracy and reliability

  • Manage the transition towards a more client self-service oriented model by democratizing data access

  • Improve data literacy through hosting Technical and Domain-specific trainings

  • Partner with core Data Science and Automation teams for in-house best practices, supporting the groups with Scalable Prototypes and providing further Analytical insights via Continuous Improvement and Automation

Who you are

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, really passionate about his or her job and understands that providing a high-quality service is crucial for the organization. As an ideal team member you are open-minded, dedicated to make a difference and open to constant development.

  • Education: Bachelor Degree (Masters is a plus) in mathematics, computer science, statistics, economics, or information science

  • 4+ years of demonstrated experience as a qualified Data Analyst

  • Must Have: Proficiency in Tableau, Snowflake, SQL, Python

  • Nice to Have: Proficiency in Collibra, ThoughtSpot, ServiCeNow, Looker, SageMaker, Google Workspace (incl. Application Scripting), R, Notepad++

  • Demonstrated experience in managing activities with significant potential to cause moderate to drastic business disruption, along with a deep understanding of various development life cycles (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Iterative, Spiral, Safe, etc.)
