From preventive maintenance to inventory management and beyond, our robust CMMS platform offers a suite of features designed to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

With a focus on innovation and client satisfaction, we've earned a reputation as a trusted partner for businesses seeking to improve efficiency and reduce costs. As we continue to expand our offerings, we're seeking driven individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful impact while contributing to our mission of revolutionizing maintenance management.

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to craft visually stunning, user-centered experiences rooted in user insights. You'll advocate for design excellence by partnering with an empowered Product & Engineering team to guide product design strategies. Your expertise spans the full spectrum of design activities, including user research, prototyping, UI/UX design, and iterative refinement based on user input. You have a solid grasp of design principles and best practices, alongside a proven track record of creating impactful responsive web and mobile experiences. We're a high-growth company looking for like-minded individuals - by joining our team, you will find ample opportunities to make a strategic impact and tackle complex, engaging projects.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • UX Design & Prototyping

    • Conduct user research, analyze data, and identify user needs to inform design decisions.

    • Craft intuitive, user-centric flows and interfaces, considering all facets of the user experience, from overarching user journeys to micro-interactions.

    • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile.

    • Evaluate what you've shipped and drive improvements.

  • UI Design

    • Design visually captivating and coherent user interfaces, maintaining consistency by leveraging our design system

    • Contribute to the extension and maintenance of style guides, design systems, and UI libraries

  • User Research & Discovery

    • Conduct and analyze user interviews, surveys, and usability studies to gather insights.

    • Ensure user needs are well understood and communicated across the team

    • Develop user personas and journey maps to guide design decisions.

  • Collaboration & Communication

    • Partner with designers, developers, and product managers to ensure everyone is aligned and working towards a common goal.

    • Collaborate closely with engineers in a high-growth environment to ensure designs are technically feasible and address any implementation hurdles together.

    • Cultivate a team-first environment where respectful critique and feedback are welcomed, ensuring the best possible outcomes for the team and the product.

    • Willing to nurture a great product design culture over time.

  • Continuous Learning & Improvement

    • Remain up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

    • Contribute to a culture of design at a company that already takes user experience as its key differentiator.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a senior individual contributor in a product design role, preferably in an Agile SaaS environment.

  • Experience with end-to-end product lifecycle, including user research, journey mapping, prototyping, design systems, and UI/UX design.

  • Experience with the latest design patterns, processes, and tooling (Figma).

  • Ability to clearly present and explain the reasoning behind design decisions and simplify complex concepts into intuitive interfaces.

  • Portfolio of product experiences that showcase your visual design craft, complex systems thinking, and a user-centered approach.

  • Proven expertise in designing and refining products based on genuine user feedback and data insights; history of engaging with real users to achieve significant product results.

  • Proactive, curious, and independent, passionate about solving broader problems, advancing your craft, and driving company-wide impact.

Benefits:

  • $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience and location

  • Flexible PTO

  • 401k with company match
