Position Title: Bookkeeper with AU Accounting Experience (POOLING)

Location: Remote/WFH/PH

Type of Employment: Part-time/Full-Tome

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in practice management and a strong background in financial record-keeping. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing invoices, bank reconciliations, expense tracking, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner using designated accounting software (e.g., Xero, Quickbooks).
  • Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.
  • Manage expenses by categorizing and recording receipts and payments.
  • Provide administrative support such as email management and other clerical tasks as required.
  • Assist in maintaining orderly and up-to-date financial records.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper, preferably with a reputable Australian accounting firm.
  • Proficiency in practice management tools such as Karbon, Dext, Xero, and Quickbooks.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
