What will you be doing?

This role will be primarily responsible for managing the contract templates in our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. You will work proactively to maintain and improve our contracting templates.

We will provide the training needed to help you develop a solid understanding of our contracting processes. Over time, this role will entail some of the following responsibilities:

  • Create and Manage Contractual Documents: You will be responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining our division's templates, playbook terms, and clause libraries for commercial contracts with clients.

  • Ensure Best Practices: Maintain governance of contracting best practices across the division to improve quality, accuracy, and efficiency.

  • Collaboration: Serve as a vital team member, collaborating with the functional stakeholders.

  • Shape Business Requirements: Participate in assessing, refining, and implementing future business requirements for the CLM system.

  • Support and Train Users: Provide first-level support for CLM user queries and training.

  • Onboard New Users: Onboard and train new users on the CLM system functionality and related processes, ensuring they are well-equipped to use the system effectively.

  • Develop Training Materials: Assist in developing CLM training materials and user manuals.


Who are we looking for?
  • Around 1 - 3 years' relevant experience working with contract or template administration, or equivalent
  • Analytical and detail-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in the MS Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational skills, being able to coordinate and fulfill tasks within given timelines by following established procedures
  • Ability to promptly identify and tackle process problems
  • Good interpersonal skills and capability of interacting with and establishing the respect and confidence of colleagues in different functions around the world

It would also be great if you have:
  • Experience in a CLM system
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Familiarity with commercial agreements, and legal terms and conditions

This is a full-time permanent position on-site in Vilnius. We advocate flexible ways of working and have a hybrid remote/in-office setting with a minimum 2 days per week in the office.

Monthly salary (before tax): from 2100 to 2400 EUR, depending on your level of experience. We are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and proficiencies.
