We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Revenue Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership to our team of RevOps engineers and analysts. This is a hands-on role that will require a deep understanding of GTM reporting and revenue operations processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and optimizing revenue operations in fast-growing scaleups.

Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage the RevOps team, providing strategic direction and hands-on support.

  • Improve and develop revenue operations strategies that drive efficiency across our GTM functions.

  • Oversee the architecture, integration, and optimization of various RevOps tools and platforms.

  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting and analytics to support decision-making.

  • Collaborate and consult with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to align on revenue goals and reporting needs.

  • Mentor and develop RevOps team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
