Job description

Summary

We're looking for a superstar Linux system administrator to manage our growing compute server infrastructure used by our global R&D teams for the design of our chips. This is a mission critical role, and an opportunity to do deeply impactful work.

We will trust you with:

Setting-up and maintaining Linux-based compute servers and desktops/notebooks,
Working with our engineers to integrate cloud services to our on-premises infrastructure according to their needs,
Setting-up and maintaining operating systems, computer-aided design and automation software,
Providing end-user support to our engineering teams.

Your experience includes:

3+ years of experience in a similar role including computing infrastructure management,
Good understanding of end-user hardware, software, Linux OS, end-user periphery,
Experience in design and automation applications,
Knowledge in Â Linux OS system management, , eg. docker, gitlab, VMs, NIS
Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure) and managing design tool installations e.g. CAD, Matlab,... is a plus
Have a can-do attitude and a problem-solving mentality.
