Responsibilities

• Coaches and leads teams in Agile and Lean practices, Trains and provides guidance to other team members.

• Facilitates meetings and workshops to gather feedback and align stakeholders.

• Collaborates with product teams to address user needs and issues.

• Manages and visualizes outcomes, prioritizes work and adheres to agreed priorities and scope.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in service design and related fields.

• Help develop and refine service design methodologies and processes.

• Support the development of design presentations and reports for clients and stakeholders.

• Ensures service design solutions align with company strategy and goals

Requirements

• Proven experience in design thinking methodologies and/or product design over 3 years

• Broad knowledge in own discipline and other disciplines within the function

• Proficiency in building products and services, business cases and visualization

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to resolve complex issues in their own specialized area.

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams or projects with broad visibility to achieve milestones and objectives.
