Position: Admin/Data Capturer

Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Admin/Data Capturer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking and managing data for over 200 properties, ensuring accurate entry and updates of rates, and maintaining effective communication with property owners. This role is heavily admin-oriented and involves significant data handling and entry.

Key Responsibilities:

Track and manage backend data for over 200 properties.
Extract rates and convert them into nightly rates.
Perform bulk uploads of data spreadsheets.
Manually enter rates accurately.
Log into WordPress to update property data.
Communicate with property owners to obtain accurate rates.
Make outbound calls to property owners for rate verification and updates (note: this is not a sales role).
Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Support the administrative team with additional tasks as required.

Requirements
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or data management are a plus.
Proven experience as a data capturer, data entry clerk, or similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experienced with data spreadsheets.
Familiarity with WordPress is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy is crucial.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
