Hi, I’m Anna - Design Manager at Toloka. I’m currently seeking a talented motion designer. We need a reliable collaborator to create and assemble videos for conferences that our team attends, advertising and other ad hoc marketing activities. We’re looking for someone who is interested to work with us long term on project-based roles. Our first project will begin in the 2nd half of September and we expect at least one more major activity later this year. I’m looking forward to hearing from you!

Responsibilities

What You Will Do

- Develop and design motion graphics, animations, and video content that align with our brand guidelines and project goals

- Create storyboards, animatics, and prototypes to visualize design ideas and present them to stakeholders

- Edit and refine motion graphics based on feedback from team members and clients.

- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and design standards.

Requirements

Knowledge and Skills

- Strong proficiency in using Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut, Figma

- Experience with responsive design and optimizing for performance.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.

- Proven experience as a Motion Designer or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your work in motion graphics and animation.
