Key responsabilities:
- Research potential clients according to Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Manage and upload lead lists to CRM system
- Initiate contact with leads via phone, email, WhatsApp
- Collaborate with marketing and sales team to ensure lead quality and strategy alignment
- Attend scheduled calls inbound and outbound, provide phone support and follow-up on leads as guided by the team
