We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our health and fitness apps. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative product marketing strategies that align with user needs, market trends, and our internal product roadmap. Your expertise in marketing audience strategy, go-to-market execution, and end-to-end user journey optimization will be critical in driving long-term revenue growth and ensuring our product resonates with our target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Audience Strategy 

  • Market Research: Partner with Research/Insights to conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities/threats, and leverage insights to inform product marketing strategies.  

  • Develop and own a marketing audience strategy (by marketing channel paid/organic/CRM, market, gender etc) that drives long-term revenue growth balancing external demand/opportunities and our internal product roadmap/resources 

  • Customer Insights: Analyze customer feedback and usage data to inform product development and marketing strategies, ensuring that customer needs are at the forefront.

Go-To-Market Strategy

  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new and existing products/features, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives including creating marketing collateral, coordinating with cross-functional teams to create compelling product narratives and communicate product value propositions and managing launch timelines..

  • Development of a GTM playbook that can be replicated for new markets/audiences for future expansion

End to End User Journey Optimisation

  • Content Development: Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Design, Product to create high-impact marketing materials, including product briefs, case studies, blogs, and product videos across all touchpoints on web/app

  • Collaborate with the above teams to develop, own and execute a 12 month new user journey/flow roadmap ensuring consistency across marketing messages/themes used and onboarding/in-app experience 

  • Campaign Management: work with Growth, Brand and CRM leads to plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive product awareness, adoption, and customer retention.

Metrics & Reporting 

  • Define and track key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

Thought Leadership 

  • Establish and maintain the company’s position as a thought leader in the industry through strategic marketing initiatives, including webinars, conferences, and industry partnerships.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing Management with demonstrated expertise in product marketing strategy and frameworks to develop GTM strategies

  • Proven track record in driving PMM growth in a high-growth B2C company.

  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and project management skills. Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with tools like Tableau, Amplitude, Google Analytics

  • Creativity: Ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Collaboration: Proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment with the ability to collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders effectively.

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and adjust strategies as needed to meet business objectives. Doesn’t mind being hands-on whilst also being able to look at the bigger picture

  • User-centric mindset 

  • Nice to have: Experience/keen interest in health and fitness
