Job description

  • Early Dayshift Schedule/ Weekends Off

  • Remuneration- Php 30,000 to Php 40,000 per month

Three Peaks International is a Sydney based staffing solutions partner which provides local and virtual staffing solutions to Australian businesses through outsourcing, recruitment, and migration.

We are seeking organized, analytical and proactive Virtual Executive and Legal Assistant that can start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for setting up, creating matter on CRM/ LEAP, drafting and sending initial letter to clients.
-Maintaining relationship with existing and new referral partner through setting up meetings (1-2-1) and coordination.
- Attend client meetings and take down notes as per advised.
- Liaise with with agents/brokers for conveyancing and post exchange works
- Ensure to update CRM / LEAP CRM are updated in a timely manner
- Ensure to update XERO (Accounting tool) for any expenses based on receipts, and bills received as part of the periodic reports and invoices are sent out in a timely manner
- Reconciliation of bank statements to ensure bills/ disbursements are not missed
- Assist in drafting blogs, marketing collaterals (for all areas of law) and posting on website for marketing campaigns and social media accounts
- Organise, categorize, sort set of documents received and sent to clients.
- Review, set up and suggest improvement in workflow process accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 relevant experience in Legal Assistant position or Executive Assistant position
  • With relevant experience in using CRM, ideally LEAP or alike.
  • With good business acumen and tech savvy
  • Proactive and can think and work independently
  • Friendly and good phone etiquette in communicating with clients and stakeholders
