A Better opportunity :
 
The Quality Control Team at Better Real Estate is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our Better Real Estate processes. In addition to conducting quality audits, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is being followed and maintaining relevant documents, and facilitating critical discussions.
 
As part of the team, you’ll be responsible for driving the process control & compliance in addition to managing the audit requirements for all our processes. We're seeking someone who has strong knowledge and experience in the US real estate transaction operations, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for cultivating process excellence. A strong interest in driving efficiency with accuracy will be critical to success here.
 
 
Responsibilities
 
       Lead the quality control efforts for Better Real Estate processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to established standards and regulations.
       Perform thorough quality assessments of transactions, processes, and calls/emails/texts identifying discrepancies, errors, and areas for improvement.
       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues, recommend corrective actions, and implement process enhancements.
       Lead the creation and maintenance of detailed SOP documents, ensuring accuracy and relevance to evolving business processes.
       Develop and deliver training programs to onboard new team members, enhancing their understanding of the Quality Control process.
       Prepare and present reports, findings, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
       Drive data integrity by scheduling and conducting audits.
       Prepare audit rubrics in collaboration with the senior leadership whenever new processes/teams are set up.
       Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities for all the processes across teams.
 
Basic Qualifications / Skill Set
 
       Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Operations or Quality Control Analyst, with a proven track record of successful projects and process improvements.
       Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify anomalies and discrepancies in audit samples.
       In-depth understanding of the US real estate market, regulations, and industry standards.
       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate discussions, mentor team members, and present findings to diverse audiences.
       Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a quick-moving environment.
       Strong organizational, problem solving and time management skills.
       Collaborate with teams to constantly rethink and improve our processes.
       Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
       Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
       Strong bias-to-action, practicality and effectiveness
