We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branding & Product Marketing Manager specializing in branding, product marketing, and content development. This role requires a creative and adaptable professional capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and overseeing contractor resources to execute strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in marketing roles, demonstrating a strong track record in brand management, product marketing, and content creation.

What will you be doing?

  • Branding:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies that enhance brand identity and awareness.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.

  • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and identify target markets.

  • Monitor brand performance and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts.

  • Product Marketing:

  • Oversee the creation and distribution of promotional campaigns for key products.

  • Develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with the target audience.

  • Collaborate with product, design, sales, and other teams to implement effective marketing strategies.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform product marketing plans.

  • Test and evaluate marketing product features, releases, and ad copy.

  • Content Development:

  • Lead the development and execution of content strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement.

  • Manage content creation for various platforms, including social media, blogs, email campaigns, and more.

  • Oversee contractor resources and manage project timelines to ensure high-quality content delivery.

  • Utilize web content management systems and other marketing tools to optimize content performance.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce compelling and effective content.

  • Analytics and Optimization:

  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and content across all channels.

  • Utilize analytics tools to measure KPIs, including engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.

  • Optimize marketing investments based on data insights to ensure the best business returns.

  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and present findings to stakeholders.

  • Continuously refine marketing strategies and tactics based on performance data and market trends.

💬 Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in brand marketing or product marketing

  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand growth and product success.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to create content strategy & oversee content production for use on website, social media and across our Brand / Product campaigns

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

  • Experience with marketing software, social media platforms, and web content management systems.

  • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.

  • Ability to optimize marketing investments to maximize business returns based on data insights.
