2+ years experience in PBM/specialty pharmacy field, Strong communication and analytical skills required, Ability to develop and implement client programs, Knowledge of Broker, TPA, and Captive markets preferred, Pharmacy background with bachelor’s degree; MBA/PharmD/RPh preferred.
Key responsabilities:
- Develop relationships with brokers and clients
- Create custom solutions for cost-effective pharmacy benefits
- Lead vendor (PBM) strategies and contract negotiations
- Track and measure vendor contract performance
- Participate in client meetings and identify opportunities for improvement
