Contract Management Team (CMT), as part of Global Business Services (GBS) which is a selfsufficient and independent unit of Tribal with standardized processes envisioned as a world class centre of excellence, plays a key role in establishing and maintaining a healthy, robust, yet commercially focused contract and / or document management system. The team supports the global business in a wide range of activities. Primarily on matters binding Tribal as a juridical entity and its affiliates. This will include mainly, customer and supplier contracts, agreements, arrangements, settlements, undertakings, offerings, promotional materials, and all other related activities that would require documentary artifact for all Tribal engagements. It works closely with Legal team in relation to intellectual property, data protection, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, dispute resolution, and real property. The team provides advice and pro-active support to our global sales and executive leadership on all services agreements, taking a recommendatory role during contracting and post contracting initiatives. and where required.


The role


The Contract Analyst will utilize Tribal’s Contract Management System (CMS) to facilitate and process contract management requests from the global sales team becoming an expert user of the CMS. Working closely with the Contract Manager and the Contract Management Team this role will ensure effective and accurate administration of contract files, assigned workflows and upload signed contracts to the CMS in a timely manner. The Contract Analyst will also assist with internal queries relating to the CMS and the status of contract reviews to ensure contracts receive timely approval various stakeholders or subject matter experts/executives in accordance with its KPIs / SLAs.

  • Flexible early morning / mid shift schedule
  • Mondays to Fridays, weekends off


The person


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Background in contract management and contract law
  • Experience in contract management systems
  • Legal, paralegal or business affairs experience
  • Operation of a contract management system or database management
  • Customer focused and committed to high-quality service
  • Good time management and organisation skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a desire to become a valued and integral part of the CAL team
  • Self-motivated and able to manage own priorities
  • Proactive approach to learning new skills
  • Strong IT skills and knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft 365, SharePoint
  • Working students studying Law or fresh graduates are also welcome to apply as long as they have a background in obligations and contracts
