We are seeking an experienced SAP S4HANA Consultant to join our team for a Greenfield Implementation, Rollout, and Support project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP FICO SD with localization expertise in Romania or Serbia.

Client: Leading Global Supplier of Wind Turbines and Associated Services

Position: SAP S4HANA Consultant

Location: Poland, remote work

Key Responsibilities

Lead Greenfield Implementation, Rollout, and Support in SAP S4HANA / SAP FICO SD.
Possess strong knowledge in General Ledger, Accounts Receivable and Payable, Asset Accounting, and Tax.
Collaborate with other SAP modules and external systems for seamless integration, including SAP FI-MM and FI-SD.
Manage Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Profit Center Accounting.
Set up financial accounting and controlling processes.
Analyze and improve business processes.
Perform configuration, testing, support, rollout, and user training.
Document configuration, Functional Specifications, WRICEF, etc.
Communicate with business partners to gather business requirements.
Understand business requirements and incidents.
Validate any changes in customization.
Provide training to end-users.
Resolve day-to-day queries of end-users.
Enhance SAP for end-users based on requirements.
Conduct new CR and requirement analysis.
Transform business requirements into functional specifications.

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
Proven experience in SAP S4HANA Greenfield implementation and rollout projects.
Strong communication skills and ability to gather business requirements.
Ability to provide training and support to end-users.
Experience in financial accounting and controlling processes.
