An HR Business Partner must possess deep business acumen; they must understand a company and its challenges to help address the organization and talent needs. An HR Business Partner consults with line management, provides daily HR guidance, analyzes trends and metrics, resolves complex team member relations issues, improves work relationships and productivity, and suggests HR strategies. They act as consultants, aligning HR practices with business goals to support the organizations success.

Key responsibilities:

  • Will lead, direct and be accountable for all HR functions of the organization, including talent acquisition, people relations, total rewards, leadership and people development, and HRIS
  • With a keen understanding of the business's strategy, providing dynamic solutions using experience, data analyses, and organizational agility to guide ones decision-making
  • Partners with the leadership team and acts as a coach and consultant in understanding and executing the organizations human resource and people strategy as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention and succession planning
  • Be the organizations culture and people experience champion by helping build and maintain a strong organizational culture, as well as continuously improve people experience
  • Provides support and guidance to the HR team, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations
  • Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring ofqualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings
  • Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent
  • Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities in the organization
  • Oversees disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations whenever necessary
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Manage companys current human resource policies and programs
  • Design new policies and programs related to any people-related initiatives of the organization
  • Analyze, recommend, and iimplement appropriate actions to raise team member satisfaction levels

Skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management or relevant field, MBA and/or advanced HR studies is a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as an Human Resources Manager, with high preference working in industries such as, large consulting firms, outsourcing/BPO company and/or start-up
  • Data literate and has the skill to understand data interpretation, collection, and creation
  • Proven skill on business acumen with high understanding on finance principles, risk and reward, and business outcomes
  • Intermediate/Advanced Digital Proficiency Office 365 Suite, HR Specific Technologies
  • Analytical mind with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills
  • Strong collaborator with excellent interpersonal, mentoring, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, especially prioritizing multiple projects/tasks
  • Experienced recruiter
