Global Documentation Governance Analyst

The Opportunity:

  • You are working as a Global Documentation Governance Analyst, ensuring correct and consistent high quality global process documentation standards across end-to-end process areas.

  • You are working closely together with Business Process Owners, Managers, Specialist and other stakeholders to support new processes and process improvement with documentation requirements, e.g., creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

  • You design and document business processes in Adonis NP based on input from Business Process Owners, Business Process Managers and BPM communities

Who you are:

  • You hold a Master’s degree (FH) in the field of business administration, finance, or similar.

  • You have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM) / BPMN modeling support and training/ knowledge content creation.

  • You bring international or global/corporate experience and proven track record in supporting global projects (preferably transformational of nature) and cross functional teams.

  • You have strong influencing skills and the ability to work in complex global networks with international teams and stakeholder communities.

  • You are familiar with SAP, Process Modelling and Authoring tools / collaborative software (e.g., Confluence)

  • You have the ability to prioritize and manage a dynamic workload and have strong skills in writing and communicating in English

  • You proactively identify opportunities for process standardization and harmonization and share them to the BPM network via the BPM Methodology Team / the Product Owner BPM Methodology

  • Experiences in the area of finance, procurement and in creating/maintaining business process frameworks / business capabilities are a strong plus.

  • You are familiar with Agile Methods (SAFe)
