Responsibilities:

Client Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored real estate solutions.
Listing and Selling: List and market properties for sale, utilizing our marketing tools and platforms to attract potential buyers.
Negotiation: Expertly negotiate offers on behalf of clients to secure favourable terms and successful transactions.
Client Guidance: Provide clients with guidance and support throughout the buying or selling process, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.
Market Expertise: Stay updated about local real estate market trends, property values, and comparable sales.
Networking: Attend networking events, open houses, and industry functions to expand your client base and professional connections.

Qualifications:

Active Real Estate License: Hold a valid real estate license in Ontario (or soon to be completed) where you'll be practicing.
Proven Success: Demonstrate a track record of success in real estate sales, backed by a strong portfolio of closed transactions.
Client-Centric Approach: Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, always putting clients' needs first.
Tech-Savviness: Be proficient in using technology, including MLS systems, CRM software, and online communication tools.
Negotiation Skills: Exhibit strong negotiation skills to advocate for clients and secure favorable outcomes.
