Customer Relations Manager 

Exeter/Reading/Remote (UK)

The Opportunity

The Customer Relations Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that customer achieve their desired outcomes from the system or service provided by Landmark Solutions. You will work to maintain a strong and positive relationship with the customers to ensure that the customers will stay with us and extend their service provisions via upselling.

The role will involve:

  • Being the customers day to day key contact to ensure that the customer is informed on progress of WIP, overall performance of the service via KPIs and co-ordinate meetings across the solutions framework where this supports the relationship with the customer.
  • Building strong relationships to ensure that customers continue to use the product and renew their subscriptions.
  • Collecting customer feedback and working with the delivery team to implement improvements, or via the Account Director to initial change requests as appropriate.
  • Working as the customer representative within the business, being responsible in ensuring all deliverables are timely, to high standards and fully tested.
  • Overseeing and distributing or KPIs, including internal and external customers to help drive transparency on performance.
  • Identifying opportunities to Upsell and Cross-Sell, working with the account director/Sales Director to help identify new revenue opportunities.

 

About You

To be successful as the Customer Relations Manager, you will be someone who prides themselves on excellent customer service and ability to solve complex problems. You will have proven experience in a customer facing, delivery management role and be able to demonstrate root cause investigation and determination.

You will also have/be:

  • Excellent communication both verbal and written
  • Expert in the Property/insurance industry
  • Experience as a technical advisor or similar
  • Ability to travel 1-2 days per week around the UK to client visits
