Job description

Job Summary:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a pivotal role in driving lead generation and qualification efforts for Helios.  The SDR will ensure a cohesive approach to sales by leveraging advanced tools and strategies to streamline operations and support the broader sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Identification and Research:
    • Identify and research potential clients and market opportunities, focusing on those that can benefit from our global payments and payroll solutions.
    • Utilize various tools and resources to gather insights on prospects and understand their business needs.
  • Lead Generation and Outreach:
    • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to generate new leads and build a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
    • Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to engage decision-makers and influencers.
  • Lead Qualification and Conversion:
    • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they meet the target customer profile.
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings and demos for the sales team, ensuring a smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • CRM and Data Management:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and lead information in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
    • Track and analyze lead generation metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Sales Technology Integration:
    • Leverage and integrate various sales technologies and tools to streamline lead generation and qualification processes.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize the use of sales tools and platforms, ensuring alignment with overall sales strategies.
  • Collaboration and Strategy Refinement:
    • Work closely with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and improve lead generation tactics.
    • Provide feedback and insights on lead quality and conversion rates to help enhance sales processes and tactics.
  • Performance and Goals:
    • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets and KPIs.
    • Continuously develop and improve lead generation techniques and approaches to drive better results.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • 1+ years of experience in sales or lead generation, preferably within the SaaS or HR tech industry.
    • Demonstrated experience with sales technologies, CRM systems, and lead generation tools.
  • Skills and Abilities:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision makers.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
    • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools.
    • Motivated and results-driven with a positive attitude and a focus on achieving targets.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Familiarity with sales enablement tools and technologies.
    • Basic understanding of global payments and payroll systems is a plus.
