Role Highlights:

• Directly communicate with clients to gather requirements and ensure that solutions are aligned with their expectations.
• Plan, design, test and implement integration processes with a critical focus on understanding and meeting client needs.
• Guide clients on the effective usage of our services, ensuring they derive maximum value.
• Develop on the ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) stack.
• Execute integration tasks as directed by the Team Lead.
• Address complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop integration solutions.
• Create documentation related to integration processes for future managers and engineers.

Unique Strengths You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent in English (essential for communication with international clients).
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in system integration and software development.
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails (ROR).
• Experience with the Ruby programming language.
• Knowledge of the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
• Understanding of new application design and development.
• Knowledge of Dependency Injection.
• Experience with RESTful web services and JSON data manipulation.
• Familiarity with the Git version control system.
• Ability to follow development best practices for high-quality software.
• Ability to solve complex technical issues and develop innovative solutions.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Would Be Nice If You Have:

• Experience with NodeJS and JavaScript.
• Basic knowledge of Docker (having used it even once).
• Experience with AWS.
• Knowledge of Lambda functions.
• Understanding of major backend application design patterns (MVVM, MVP, etc.).
• Experience with unit testing, including the use of mocking frameworks.
• Have knowledge of ISO 27001:2022 and act as required by these systems. (*)

(*): Vispera will provide relevant trainings, in case of a need if the personnel havent got these trainings, after the recruitment within 3 months.
