Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Product Development & Profitability: Lead efforts to enhance product offerings and ensure long-term profitability'
• Strategic Execution: Translate high-level strategies into actionable plans, setting clear organizational goals to drive business expansion;
• Financial Leadership: Oversee financial management, budgeting, and maintain the company's financial health;
• Operational Excellence: Supervise daily operations, ensuring efficient processes and successful outcomes;
• Partner Relations: Cultivate strong relationships with partners, ensuring their needs are met and resolving issues promptly;
• Performance Monitoring: Track company-wide activities and employee performance, fostering a positive culture that promotes team success and organizational objectives;
• Executive Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and guide a top-tier executive team, ensuring a high level of performance across all leadership roles.

Requirements:

• Language proficiency: B2+ level of English, Ua/Ru - native/fluent level;
• Industry Expertise: Proven experience within the iGaming industry;
• Leadership Experience: At least 3 years in management roles, with a demonstrated ability to drive growth and success;
• Strategic Insight: Exceptional leadership, organizational skills, and a talent for strategic planning and business development;
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical capabilities, leveraging data to guide business choices;
• Financial Acumen: In-depth knowledge of financial processes, with a focus on risk assessment and mitigation;
• Communication Excellence: Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and effectively communicating across all levels of the organization;
• Cross-Disciplinary Knowledge: Familiarity with Finance, Legal, and Marketing processes;
• Large Team Management: Experience leading teams of 500+ employees.
