Salary: P60,000 to P80,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (06:30 AM - 03:30 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contracts Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
At least three years of experience in contract administration, project management, estimation, or related area.
Experience with engineering design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
Knowledgeable in any Digital Estimator Tool/Software.
Experience and knowledge of Microsoft products, Job Management System, and any other.
Experienced in data entry with keen eye for details and identifying potential project risks.
Understanding and experience in the electrical and data industry.

Nice to Have:

Experience in the engineering industry
Strong attention to detail in handling of numerical data

What will you do?

Estimation Management

Provide planning and support, for the day-to-day operations across a broad range of areas.
Schedule and manage all tender requests
Ensure quantifiable project specific take offs are completed for materials and labor to ensure accuracy of estimations.
Follow up all submitted tenders within agreed timescales
Identify suitable and appropriate value engineering opportunities for clients, where applicable.

Handover to preparations

Liaise with the Operations Department as required when a contract/project is secured to ensure that the operations team
Ensure that all job information including time tracking, margin tracking is accurate and up to date and that all reprinting and reviewing is completed in a timely manner
