Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Account Manager with a strong focus on Digital Strategy & Lead Generation to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive lead generation and revenue growth for our clients. As an Account Manager, you will manage client relationships, oversee campaign performance, and ensure the successful delivery of digital marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to understand their business goals and objectives.
  • Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to client needs, focusing on lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Lead Generation: Design and optimize lead generation funnels to drive high-quality leads for clients. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and improve ROI.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide clients with regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (creative, technical, and analytics) to ensure the timely and successful delivery of campaigns and projects.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and identify new opportunities for clients.
  • Client Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, presenting additional services that align with client goals.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role, with a strong focus on digital marketing and lead generation.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies to clients.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM platforms.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously. Self-motivated and goal oriented.
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and lead nurturing strategies.
