Job description

Support Services Group, a business process outsourcer operating in 10 countries, is seeking a B2B Content Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. As a B2B content creator, you’ll champion our brand voice through thought leadership articles, RFP responses, marketing collateral and email campaigns that engage prospects throughout the buyer journey. Must provide 3 relevant writing samples with application. The winning candidate will report to the Global Vice President of Marketing.

This position is fully remote.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Write high-quality, engaging B2B content that drives education and awareness of SSG’s core capabilities in relation to the BPO industry.
  • Develop and write compelling RFP (Request for Proposal) responses to effectively communicate SSG’s value proposition to potential clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and insights for RFP responses.
  • Craft tailored responses that address client-specific needs and showcase SSG’s unique solutions and capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with all RFP requirements and deadlines.
  • Review and edit RFP responses for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with SSG’s brand voice and messaging.


What We Are Looking For:

  • 2-4 years in B2B content marketing.
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent work experience.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
  • A writer who transforms complex information into clear, concise, compelling copy that helps win deals.
  • Experience in writing various types of content such as case studies, whitepapers, email campaigns and most importantly, RFP responses.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • The ideal candidate will thrive under deadline pressure – former journalists will be strongly considered for this role.
