Responsibilities
Create, maintain, and update the team database of existing partnerships and engagements; follow up on existing leads and monitor the progress of open engagements
Manage communication with various internal and external teams, building and fostering relationships and collaborations
Provide proactive support for other business processes within the team's scope to meet program and project needs
Collect feedback and program data, analyze, prepare, and present insights and results to the Program Lead
Coordinate the team calendar, process and prioritize requests, manage scheduling, and prepare summaries and follow-ups
Requirements
2+ years of experience in project administration, account operations, or similar roles with excellent coordination skills and the ability to oversee multiple work streams
Comfortable interacting and communicating with internal and external stakeholders
Great time management skills, ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage your own tasks
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheets, with the ability to use various functions to effectively process and manage information and data
English Level Writing/Speaking C1
