Job description

Client & Project : We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the Medidata Program Support team at a leading pharmaceutical company specializing in clinical trials planning and execution within pharma R&D. The Program Manager is responsible for the overall implementation of Medidata Rave and relationship management of stakeholders and day-to-day activities.
Medidata, a Dassault Systèmes company, is a global technology company that provides Software-as-a-Service solutions for clinical trials and generates the evidence and insights to help pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device and diagnostics companies, and academic researchers accelerate value, minimize risk, and optimize outcomes. Responsibilities :
The Program Manager will collaborate with the client Program Manager and the broader client team and other third-party stakeholders to enable the implementation of Medidata Rave and to set up a pilot study in the next 5-6 months. The Program Manager will help ensure that Medidata's software applications are implemented and configured in accordance with standard business processes, meet client requirements and adhere to GxP.
  • Define the vision, mission, and program charter
  • Establish the operating structure of the program
  • Develop the relevant methodology and templates to govern and manage the program
  • Manage the development and maintenance of a project plan with respect to timelines, key deliverables, and resources
  • Manage program scope, timelines, budget, and milestones
  • Manage issues and risks driving appropriate resolution and mitigation
  • Lead project delivery to ensure that all deliverables are tracked, and that documentation is current
  • Manage creation of and maintenance of accurate and current project documentation including SDLC documentation
  • Manage workshops and key stakeholders' meetings
  • Raise and track Work Requests and Change Requests for the program
  • Manage project financials including forecasting and project budget
  • Provide proactive communication to all stakeholders
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communications, and ensure overall stakeholder satisfaction
