The Opportunity

The Account Director has a pivotal role in managing client relationships and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for the solution of all issues between the customer and Landmark Information Group supported by both the customer care and technical delivery teams.  

The role will involve:

  • Strengthening and maintaining relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Ensuring all changes are captured via the contract approved tools.
  • Managing all customer disputed to the senior level, working though the disputes internally, supporting the line manger engage with the customer.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
  • Providing both Budget and Forecast updates on revenue projects and cost bases to achieve them.
  • Building relationships with other suppliers working with the customer to understand the broader challenges of the customer, to form strategic opportunities, and the development of potential partnerships may open up opportunities to partner on other solutions directly for the customer or other new relationships.

About You

To be successful as the Account Director you will come from a proven background of managing high value accounts and retaining customer satisfaction. You will pride yourself in your ability to manage several stakeholders at one time.

You will also have/be:

  • Excellent communication both verbal and written
  • Experience in people managing – Revenue focused
  • Experience in delivering contract revenue
  • Experience in Upselling
  • Excellent understanding of contract processes
  • Several years of relevant experience in a sales/bid role

This is a new role within our Solution’s business which is focused on providing Government agencies and commercial entities, larger, platform, GIS based solutions to meet environmental or climate related opportunities. The business works directly with the customer to capture requirements and provide solutions and lifecycle management as required. The business operates across multiple GTM channels.
