Job Summary:  

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Telephonic Nurse Case Manager to support individuals with work-related injuries. Our ideal candidate will conduct consultative exams, assessing both physical and psychological aspects without administering medical treatment. Our team of providers manage evaluations, screenings, and case management for Insurance Carriers, TPAs, Public Entities, and Employers.  

The salary for this role is between $75,000 and $85,000 per year depending on licensure, certifications and experience. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Deliver tailored services for individuals affected by work-related injuries.
  • Work closely with physicians and claims adjusters to craft efficient and budget-friendly treatment strategies.
  • Foster and maintain robust relationships with our client base.
  • Act as an essential liaison connecting patients with their healthcare providers.

   

Qualifications:  

  • California RN License or compact licensure including California, required. 
  • Associates of Science degree in Nursing (ASN) or higher-level nursing degree.
  • Proven clinical experience, ideally in ICU, ER, Trauma, Ortho, and/or Neurology.
  • Prefer experienced Workers Compensation NCM and fluency in Spanish.

*The 401k is available to all employees. Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays are accessible for employees working 20 or more hours per week.
