Job description

GrowthAssistant is looking for a Social Media Manager for our growth marketing team in the US. This teammate will co-create and execute a content calendar - client to provide content calendar platform and support in the initial creation of content themes, timing, etc.
To research engaging information by delving into data, insights, and secrets to uncover valuable and unique perspectives, and more.

The Role

  • FAQ and Blog Content Management: Assist in creating and updating FAQ content and blog articles. Ensure all information is accurate, current, and aligns with brand voice.
  • CRM Support: Assist in the development and execution of targeted email marketing and SMS notification campaigns to engage users, promote features, and drive conversions.
  • Social Media Posting: Ideate, schedule, and post approved content across various social media platforms. Monitor and report on engagement and feedback.
  • Support project management: Gather necessary information for tickets from various teams in Airtable and ensure completion in a timely manner
  • Landing Page Creation: Regularly update landing page content in WiX to reflect current promotions, updates, or changes.
  • Content Calendar Coordination: Help maintain a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with marketing goals, ensuring timely execution of marketing activities.


The Requirements:

  • 2+ years of prior marketing experience
  • Good understanding of content marketing
  • Well-versed in consistent brand messaging
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer touch points.
  • Ability to conduct research on competitors and successful landing pages
  • Understanding why certain strategies work or don’t without needing in-depth analytics


Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with WiX or similar content management systems.
  • Prior experience in creating or managing social media content and email campaigns.
  • Experience with Airtable or a similar tool
