JOB SUMMARY:

 RafterOne is searching for a savvy, self-motivated Salesforce and solutions expert to join our B2B practice as a Solutions Architect. In this role, you will potentially serve in a dual capacity supporting both requirements and technical project management. ?You will partner with the client and those on your implementation team to ensure the delivery of a successful Salesforce solution leveraging creativity and superb customer support. In this position, you will juggle complex requirements and high expectations in parallel within a fast-paced environment. ?This is a fun and rewarding position surrounded by intelligent, ambitious technologists who has a thirst for greatness.  

 

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Own and coordinate all client communications and run project/client meetings 
  • Analysis and digestion of the business/project/client’s need? 
  • Identify the requirements and the project scope 
  • Analyze the business problems and recommend solutions 
  • Write well-written user stories with detailed acceptance criteria 
  • Facilitate user acceptance and signoffs 
  • Create and implement the design of the solution that will meet the business/project/client’s requirements 
  • Create and implement project plans 
  • Configure and support Salesforce CRM implementations 
  • Test the design, manage the QA/UAT, verify the solution 
  • Write and document records for the project 
  • Perform system demo, participate in user acceptance testing, and conduct user training 


Requirements

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: 

  • 7+ years in a professional customer-facing (ideally external) position 
  • 4+ years of analyzing and translating requirements in support of Salesforce implementations 
  • Experience with full cycle implementation of Salesforce CPQ, B2B Commerce, or OMS (Order Management Systems)  
  • Direct experience with formal Agile/Scrum methodologies with a history of running grooming sessions and ceremonies 
  • Bachelor’s Degree, in Information Technology or Computer Science OR equivalent combination of education and experience required 
  • Applicable SF Cloud Certification(s) preferred 

  SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:   

  • Adept at communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all level of the organization. 
  • Firm understanding of web application design and analysis, design patterns, and object-oriented design 
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to facilitate team and client meetings effectively and to deliver constructive feedback 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with client senior management
