Virtual Assistant ( Loan Processor ) Opportunity

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent would be an advantage.
Previous banking experience with experience in Mortgage loan processing preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office packages.
Ability to work autonomously with minimal instruction.

Responsibilities

Review each loan file to verify that documents are present, accurate, and complete before underwriting.
Manage the loan process through the mortgage software system (AFG - Flex Knowledge will be an advantage).
Ensure that loan rules, obligations, and deadlines are met.
Audit and prepare quality files that meet closing objectives.
Obtain mortgage loan documentation for clients.
