The Integrator Channel Development Manager (West Coast) will be reporting to the Integrator and OEM Manager - Americas. You will be responsible for lead qualification and distribution, sales activities, as well as assisting with the commercial development of integrators in the West. You will manage the strategy, business and activity plans, sales, marketing, implementation, budget, and commercial results for the market through integrators in the West. The position will interface with end users, integrators, distributors, the sales team, and other stakeholders. This person will geographically cover roughly the western half of the USA.
**This is a remote position, and this person can reside anywhere in the Midwest to West region of the country.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive KPIs and action plans to achieve the annual target. Develop countermeasures to get back to the budget if missed
- Manage integrators by regular remote meetings for funnel management, forecasting and action plans
- Focus on support and growth of top integrators, growth of poor performing integrators, and recruiting new integrators.
- Qualify sales leads and follow through to ensure a solid sales funnel with integrators
- On board, train, develop, motivate and support existing integrators
- Facilitate when necessary joint visits with integrators to end users
- Participate in and utilize industry trade shows to network, recruit, and develop integrators
- Travel about 50-60%
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business or related subject
- Have a minimum of 5 years successful track record of sales to integrators or experience in industrial automation, solution/project sales involving technical products.
- Strong sense of understanding of the value proposition by the end-users
- Business acumen that you can apply on different decision levels from the senior management level to technical support
- People management in sales
