Financial Analyst

Requested Tasks

• Generate Excel models, presentations, and reports
• Analyzes past and current financial performance data
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
• Maintains databases by entering, verifying, and backing up data
• Additional duties and assignments as assigned 

Required Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
• At least 3 years of financial analysis experience 
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Basic Accounting knowledge.  (Understanding Profit & Loss Statements, balance sheets, Cash Flow, etc.)
• Hospitality experience highly preferred
• Experience using Vena (BI tool), Intacct (Accounting system) or ProfitSword highly preferred 
• Experience using different PMS, POS, Hotel Sales systems, etc.
