Job Summary:

As a GenAI Sr. UX Researcher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our artificial intelligence-enabled assistant and digital products. You will be responsible for conducting user research, gathering insights, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance the overall user experience. By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers, you will help create intuitive and seamless experiences that meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research: Plan, design, and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies to understand user behaviors, needs, and preferences.
  • Gather insights: Analyze research findings and distill key insights to inform product decisions and improvements.
  • Provide actionable recommendations: Translate research findings into actionable recommendations for product teams, including design recommendations, feature enhancements, and user interface optimizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to align research findings with product goals and roadmap.
  • Drive user-centered design: Advocate for user-centered design principles and methodologies, ensuring that the user perspective is at the forefront of product development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Stay informed about the latest advancements and best practices in UX research, AI, and related fields, and apply them to improve our products.
  • Foster a culture of research: Include product trio in research efforts in order to develop customer empathy and shared insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience conducting UX research, preferably in a technology or AI-focused environment.
  • Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and analytics.
  • Proficiency in using research tools and software, such as user testing platforms, survey tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with AI and conversational interfaces is a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present research findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple research projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for user-centered design and a genuine curiosity for understanding user behaviors and needs.
