Field Representative (Land Acquisition)

Location: Praha, and all CR

Work type: Field work with home office

Contract Type: Full-time, B2B

We are looking for a Field Representative to join our rapidly developing company in Czechia. In this role, you will play an integral part in our greenfield project development, focusing primarily on surveying suitable sites in the whole Czechia for renewable energy development and securing land through lease agreements. The role requires excellent communication skills as it involves regular interactions with landowners and community representatives.

Role Description

  • Hunting for suitable sites / lands for renewable energy development.
  • Frequent field visits to indicated locations, with favourable conditions for green investments
  • Scout, prospect and visit attractive land plots
  • Researching landowner contact information.
  • Securing land through lease agreements.
  • Maintaining communication with landowners to support permit development.
  • Cooperating with local authorities and legal experts in land lease agreement documentation.
  • Surveying suitable sites for renewable energy development.
  • Overseeing all land-related legal issues, including transfers of titles, deeds, and zoning.

Requirements

  • Min. 1 years experience in investment land acquisition, commercial real estate (retail parks and chains, warehouses, logistics, energy projects, GSM towers, etc.) or similar
  • Working experience in interacting with local communities or individuals and finding information and contacts.
  • Experience in scouting land for new investments would be a great advantage
  • Understanding of land rights, regulations, zoning and leasing practices in Czechia is well seen.
  • Excellent command of the English and Czech language, written and spoken.
  • Independence and high organizational skills.
  • Willingness to frequent travel for business.
  • Negotiation and sales skills

  • Knowledge of the renewable energy industry
