What You’ll Do:
As our Management Accountant, you’ll be the go-to person in our central finance hub, making sure everything runs smoothly and accurately. - Data Guru: You’ll be the master of Management Accounts, ensuring everything adds up!
- Reporting Rockstar: From gross profit intel to detailed reports, your work will help steer the ship.
- Xero Hero: With at least 3 years of experience using Xero for multi-site operations, you know this system inside and out!
- Team Player with Ambition: You’ll be at least part-qualified and actively pursuing your qualifications—because we love go-getters!

Your Key Accountabilities:
- Prepare and analyse practice and consolidated management information (MI)
- Partner with Area Managers for P&L reviews to highlight and understand key variances
- Create financial KPIs that help drive success
- Manage balance sheet reconciliations like a pro
- Help shape our financial future by developing new processes with our Financial Controller and Head of Finance
- Supervise and mentor another awesome management accountant
- Get involved in the annual audit process
Your Superpowers:
- Expert with the Xero Finance Package (essential)
- Excel wizardry (VLOOKUPs & Pivot tables are your jam!)
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a multi-site business
- A natural communicator who enjoys working with people across the business
- Either ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or actively working towards your qualification—your ambition is what drives you!
