The Role

You Will Be Responsible For

• Supporting the daily operations for loans servicing by ensuring all requests are processed in a timely and accurate manner, in line with internal service standards.
• Reviewing credit documents and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure documentation is complete as per the internal policy and guidelines.
• Monitoring of credit limits and exposures.
• Ensuring collateral valuation, monitoring and reconciliation with original documents.
  
  

Ideal Profile

• Experience in loan processing is a MUST.
• Responsible for Processing all Loan Applications received.
• Acquiring each document needed and verifying the validity of each
• Communicating with borrowers daily via phone, text, and email about application requirements
• Coordinating with lenders, real estate agents, and other relevant parties
• Updating Loan Proposals in company’s CRM
• Experience in creating content through social media platforms is a MUST.
• Answering queries, and providing personalized assistance every step of the way.
• Willing to be cross-trained for other tasks needed for the job.
• Has initiative and is self-motivated to fulfill the task required by the client.
